Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a councillor of the NSW branch. He is frequently invited to speak at International Conferences, concerning particularly Mediation and International Commercial Arbitration. Paul accepts instructions as mediator, arbitrator, and advocate in mediations and domestic and international arbitrations in Australia and internationally.
